I recently completed the 4 week Six Sigma Black Belt training at your location in Indy and would like to give you some feedback. My background has been in consulting and training automotive suppliers in lean processes and core tools. I found that your trainers, John Vandenbemden and Dale Mikesell, to be two of the most professional trainers I have worked with. It was a pleasure to have been part of the training that they provided. The knowledge level that John demonstrated in the last two weeks was unbelievable The staff that was there each week was always courteous and pleasant. I plan on working with Ben on getting my staff into courses as we develop our people.
It is great to have the feeling to walk away from a 4 week course and wish you could come back for another week. There is not another training organization I would recommend.

Roy Galloway made the Lead Auditor Training class interesting and informative. His style of instruction leaves you with the knowledge and confidence needed to do your job successfully. Any questions were answered in a manner that was easily understood and thoroughly explained. Roy kept the class interesting.

I just completed this training and I wanted to let you know that in my twenty years of the Automotive business, this by far was the best training course that I have attended. I believe that this is due to the instructor Russ Pearce, he did a great job and kept the class moving and made it enjoyable for all. If you have sat through some of these courses yourself, then you can appreciate what I am telling you. Thanks again and will be using QAI for training in the future.

This is to inform you of what has happened after I took your Automotive Lead Auditor course. After the training course we finished our internal audits and cleaned up a few issues we found internally. This week we were audited by AQA for registration to the ISO/TS 16949 standard and the outcome of the audit was zero non conformities and zero ofi's. Thanks again for all of your help! We did it!

I want to tell you what an excellent instructor you have in Russell. I was so thoroughly impressed with him at the lead auditor course that I requested he perform the training for internal auditors on site. He did not let us down. I actually had people who were against taking the training in the beginning come and thank me afterwards for including them. I now have more than just fifteen well trained internal auditors. I have fifteen people who have a real appreciation for what the QMS here is all about. They want to be involved. That's more than just the training we had hoped for. It was a pleasure working with Russ.
