Six Sigma Green Belt training
Six Sigma Green Belt training typically is presented as a set of two, forty hour five day sessions. The first session is the Yellow Belt training portion which is not only an introduction to the principles of Six Sigma but presents many hands-on activities and real world situations. After this session, attendees typically return to work for a couple of weeks. This allows them to analyze their responsibilities and processes before returning for the Six Sigma Green Belt training session. In this second week of instruction students will learn to conduct the projects that will result in improving your processes, customer relations and profits. With QAI, the fees spent on Green Belt training may be applied to a later Six Sigma Black Belt certification upgrade.
