About this entry level training course
This course is one-hundred percent process auditing. Students in this course will focus solely on how-to-audit processes. This is an entry level training course, only. A series of incremental approaches to learning, with hands-on, practice process auditing exercises utilizing a real, online accessible Case Study management system processes is used. This case study simulation provides students the opportunity to develop management system process audit skills useful for both in-person audits and for remote auditing (over the web). By the time the course ends, each student will have been involved with: a thorough review of the critical characteristics of well-defined processes how to plan and prepare for process audits multiple practice auditing experience that provides first-hand learning opportunities. Students will learn to evaluate if a process is conforming to: 1) what the process describes and 2) the internal rules of our case study company. The objective is to train students how-to-determine that a process is conforming to its own description and to the rules of the organization. It's a step-by-step, how-to learning approach that helps the student to improve by capitalizing on their earlier learning experiences. It's all done at a comfortable pace and aided by our outstanding online training materials and an experienced auditor-instructor. The goal is to develop effective, confident, and competent auditors. This training is particularly focused on learning by doing. This is not just lecture. There are hours and hours of hands-on practice audit activities to help make auditing easier and more practical. This helps make the training enjoyable, easy to learn, and go by quickly. The training is challenging, and the challenge makes it fun. Students get results that are measurable because competency training is based on your ability to demonstrate that you can effectively perform certain audit tasks. Reassessing and re-guiding from an instructor with "real world" experiences helps to improve confidence in abilities, helps in applying the newly learned information, and improves your competence.

About the virtual training
Virtual training is conducted in the time zone listed. In order for the virtual training to be interactive, like our in-person sessions always were, we use multiple tools to accomplish collaboration and document sharing. This will require that a student have multiple browser windows open at the same time. There’s no way around this in the virtual world.

Ability to join a Zoom meeting Windows 10 operating system or better A headset with microphone is STRONGLY suggested Dual Monitors is STRONGLY suggested and definitely helps with the multiple browser windows Training usually takes place in a quiet area. Please join from a quiet space (another reason for a headset)
Internal auditor with a focus on ISO 9001
QAI will marry the training certificate from this class with an ISO 9001 Champion training certificate to make students into ISO 9001 Internal Auditors, if so desired. Contact us to make arrangements.
After you register for a virtual training session
Registered students will receive an email from QAI to verify their readiness for the virtual training Once the student completes the readiness quiz, they will be accepted into the training roster. The training starts at 8a. Students can join up to the 30-minutes prior to the start time just to ensure there are no connectivity issues.

Very similar content to the ISO 9001:2015 internal auditor training, but with more practical mock auditing practice which is was nice.
