Now in our 25th year.

QAI was started in 1998. We are now located in Nashville, IN.

We pivoted to all virtual training during the pandemic, and we stayed there. One hundred percent of our training is virtual. With our experiences in the software industry and in quality, we put together a quality offering that we continue to improve daily. You'll be duly impressed with what can be done in an online training session, now. Once you try this, you'll find it difficult to want to spend time and money travelling for auditor training, spending time in a hotel, and getting home late just so you could push a pencil on actual pieces of paper. We've got a set of tools that you'll wish you had.

I've been a QAI customer for 10 years. I've sent people out to get trained with other training companies and when they return from training, they just don't compare to the auditors that QAI trains for us. When they get back from a QAI class, they know how to audit. We're ISO14001, ISO9001 and TS16949 registered. I've sent people to all of your classes. They're all excellent.

I began my training with QAI in 2006 completing the ISO 9001 Lead Auditor course. This first course, instructed by Mr. Arthur John, enabled me to obtain the position I currently hold with our company. I will be attending the ISO 14001 training in February with QAI and I am absolutely looking forward to it.

I want to tell you what an excellent instructor you have in Russell. I was so thoroughly impressed with him at the lead auditor course that I requested he perform the training for internal auditors on site. He did not let us down. I actually had people who were against taking the training in the beginning come and thank me afterwards for including them. I now have more than just fifteen well trained internal auditors. I have fifteen people who have a real appreciation for what the QMS here is all about. They want to be involved. That's more than just the training we had hoped for. It was a pleasure working with Russ.

this was my 5th training class with QAI over the past 10 years. Took all 3 ISO 14001:2004 class when I assumed the EHS Mgr role in 2008. And over the past 3 years took the 14001:2015 Internal Auditor and this week the Lead Auditor class. I was very concerned with the virtual training aspects, but it was very well created, delivered and exceeded my expectations to say the least. Great job on putting a virtual training class together. Jeri Ann was an awesome and amazing instructor, she was very knowledgeable on the ISO 14001 standard. She delivered the content and lead us to completion of the training class. No more Covid. QAI was recommended by previous attendees for the way the class is conducted in person. Even though we missed out on that benefit, the way QAI dealt with the pandemic serves as a great example of business continuity planning. Well done!
